1.Why the price is so unbelievable?
All our items are purchased directly from the OEM factory, that's why we can sell at such amazing prices, our purpose is to offer people famous luxuries with affordable prices,since not everybody is the Hollywood movie star but they still have the right to enjoy a better life.

2.Where do you get your mulberry handbags?
All of our bags are obtained through a network of suppliers that we have established over many years. Without this network, we would not be able to supply our customers with a steady source of bags at the discounts we offer. We only deal with reputable dealers. Many customer requests have been for rare items. When you call or e-mail us inquiring about a bag, occasionally we will have to check with our network about availability, so please be patient.

3.How long does it take the bags to be delivered?
We usually send the items you ordered within 48 hours as soon as we receive the payment.Normally,you can receive your package within 3-10 business days once it is shipped out. Most orders take 3-7 days for delivery.

4.How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping for all except the following places: Africa,Russia,Eastern Europe and the Middle East,South America.

5.How do I return for a refund or exchange?
In order to process your return you must send us an email with the details of your order and the items you would like to return. In order to process a replacement or refund you must return the items you received at your expense and provide a tracking number. We do not charge re stocking fee.

6.What are the return, exchange, refund policies?

We could provide return, exchange or refund if our customer find any quality problem after you receive the items we send. In this case,please take a photo about the products and send e-mail to us,after we confirm,we will re-send a new bag to you or full refund to you.

All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.For all purchases of items we will only accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
“The product does not look like the ones in your picture.”
“The product is not what I’d imagine it to be.”
“I am not satisfied with this product.”

In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the return shipping fees). When we receive the products,we will also deduct the shipping fee and 10% handling fee.
